Skill Building and Psychoeducation

Skill building and psychoeducation are essential tools that I can provide to support your growth. My ultimate objective throughout your therapy journey is to empower you towards independence. It is my hope that you will leave therapy equipped with an array of effective strategies and the self-assurance to navigate any future challenges that may arise. Additionally, I may incorporate homework assignments to facilitate your development, enabling you to make progress beyond our sessions.


EMDR Therapy for PTSD and Anxiety

EMDR, also known as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a highly effective psychotherapy approach specifically designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories. Trauma, in its various forms such as car crashes, bullying, or parental fighting, can profoundly affect an individual's cognitive and emotional framework. Psychotherapy Session - 60 minutes, $130 (Self-pay)
