Where are you located and what are your hours of operation?

I am part of a collective of independent practitioners. As part of this therapy collective, I collaborate with Radical Courage Counseling Services PLLC. Our office is located at 5700 Old Richmond Ave, Richmond VA 23226. 

Wilkin Counseling PLLC operates from this location, but in-person sessions are not currently available. Virtual Sessions are offered Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM.

​What are the cost of services?

Session costs range between $100-$150 based on session type and duration of session. The fee for an initial assessment is $150. For regularly scheduled psychotherapy sessions, the fee is $130.

What Insurances/Methods of payment do you accept?

Aetna Better Health, Cigna Evernorth, Anthem BCBS, Sentara Health (Optima), United Healthcare

Accepted forms of Payment: Cash, Debit/Credit, FSA/HSA

Do you offer a sliding scale fee?

Yes. A sliding scale is available for clients that qualify through Open Path Psychotherapy Collective.

No Surprise Act

The No Surprises Act (NSA) establishes federal protections against surprise medical bills. You have the right to receive a ‘Good Faith Estimate’ explaining how much your medical care may cost. ​Under the law, health care providers must give patients who do not have insurance, or who are not using insurance, a cost estimate of the bill for medical items and services.​

Can I receive services if I live in another state?

No, you must be residing in the state of Virginia in order to be eligible for psychotherapy services.
